Think of it like the final polish your teeth are now aligned, and Stage 3 makes sure they stay that way.

 What Does Stage 3 Do?

· Stabilizes and locks your alignment results

· Refines your bite for a comfortable finish

· Acts as a retainer to prevent teeth from shifting back

· Helps maintain long-term smile stability

· Duration: 3 to 5 months

· Wear Time: 6 to 8 hours every night (while sleeping)

.9-11 hours are minimum hours 

· After completion: Use it 2–3 nights per week for long-term maintenance
