 What Is Stage 1?

Stage 1 is the foundation phase of your Teethobrace smile journey. It is soft, flexible, and designed to gently prepare your mouth for the active alignment that follows.

 What Does Stage 1 Do?

· Prepares your mouth for gentle pressure

· Trains tongue posture and muscle memory

· Reduces jaw tension and clenching habits

· Creates a comfortable base for Stage 2 and 3

· Duration: 1 to 2 months

· Wear Time: 6–8 hours nightly (while sleeping)

.9-11 hours are minimum hours 

· Consistency is key — wear every night for best results

 Who Is Stage 1 For?

· First-time users who are new to aligners

· People with mild gaps, crowding, or grinding issues

· Anyone who wants to start their smile journey the right way

It is not for skipping directly to Stage 2 or for severe dental cases that need a dentist.

· Clean daily with soft brush + normal water

· Store in case when not in use

· No hot water — it will warp the aligner

· Do not skip — every stage builds on the last

Because your mouth needs time to adjust.

Rushing to Stage 2 without preparation can cause discomfort, poor fit, and slower results.
